    About the role

    JSLmedia is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Weight Designer to join our dynamic team in Canberra. As a Mid-Weight Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving the visual identity and creative excellence of our clients' brands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conceptualising and producing exceptional design work that captivates and engages the right audience.


    What you'll be doing

    Collaborate with clients and the creative team to develop innovative design solutions that align with brand strategies and objectives

    Create visually stunning designs across a variety of mediums, including print, digital, multimedia and web design

    Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a cohesive, polished aesthetic

    Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our work

    Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines to deliver high-quality work within set timeframes


    What we're looking for

    3+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Wordpress, Shopify, Duda, Canva and Mailchimp.

    Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition

    Ability to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs

    Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the creative team
